Reception Package
- Medical Receptionist will be allocated to your Practice and will deliver the Services to your Practice and you Patients. It is important to note that Medical Receptionist work for a number of Practices and are not dedicated to anyone practice.
- Medical Receptionist are supported by a small team who are proficient and knowledgeable about your practice.
- All calls to your Practice will be answered and managed during normal business hours 0900-1700 Monday – Friday. (Business hours in the State or Territory your Practice is located.
- Outgoing calls for appointments, recalls and follow ups are included in the reception package more than 100 outgoing calls per fortnight will incur an additional charge as itemised above.
- Book, reschedule and cancel patient appointments to maximise your consulting schedule.
- Any requests made from onsite staff and practitioner, please see add on service below.
- Distribution of confirmation letter and other patient information by email using your Medical Software Program. Australian Post mail is also available at an additional charge.
- Medical receptionists will collect and maintain patient medical records in readiness for consultation (demographics, Medicare, Private health and referring doctor information). Further information required by you will be charged as an additional service.
- All out of hours voicemails will be promptly responded to on the next business day.
- Communication with Hospitals, medical practices and other third parties as required.
- Regular and ongoing correspondence between Snowgum Virtual Medical Receptionists, you and your staff using the patient appointment system in your Medical Software Program.
- SMS reminders sent to your patients to reduce your no-show appointments two days prior to the patients’ appointments.
- Communication with referring doctors and your staff to provide a seamless professional service.
