I have always been passionate about the medical industry and in 2012 I started as a trainee medical receptionist. In 2017 I was lucky enough to start as a medical receptionist at a remote practice management and reception service. I enjoyed working in a high pace environment with multiple Doctor’s within different specialties. I launched Snowgum Receptionists in 2019.

My Name is Brodie and I have a passion for all things Medical. I have been working at Snowgum Reception Since January 2022 and love everything about the business from Helping patients to working together as a team. When I’m not at work I love being with friends and family and creating memories. I love being outdoors and travelling as much as I can. I Look forward to communicating with you all.

My Name is Cassidy, I moved over to Australia from South Africa 6 years ago, where I started as a medical receptionists. I started at Snowgum Receptionists early 2022 and it is the perfect job for me and involves 2 of my favourite things, people and talking!
